Monday Discount:


Every Monday, we offer all our clients 20% off our treatment price list. This excludes current monthly promotions and all retail products. This promotion is not available on the last Monday that leads directly into Christmas each year. Loyal customer discounts are not valid on Monday's. All treatments are charged as per our current price list minus 20% discount.


Monthly Promotions:


Each month we promote particular services within our salon. These are monthly promotions. These promotions are available for purchase at a discount to the normal RRP treatment pricing. Our loyal customer discounts will not apply to our monthly promotion and our 20% Monday promotion is also not applicable to our MONTHLY promotion. As a result of unforeseen circumstances, Carina-Rose Beauty reserves the right to modify this promotion at any given time within the promotion.

Pricing:


Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (no exceptions to this). Please ensure you redeem your vouchers before the expiry date.


When you make a booking that you intend to use your gift voucher as payment, you must ensure you do advise us at the time of securing your appointment. Treat this voucher like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.


The Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash.


The Gift Voucher can be partially redeemed (rolling balance). The credit will be as per our electronic system at Carin-Rose Beauty only.


Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Purchases exceeding the available balance of the voucher will require the difference paid by other payment method at the time of the treatment.


The recipient is welcome to gift it forward to someone else to use, however the same expiry date will apply and we will be unable to re-name the voucher.


The voucher must be presented at the first initial appointment to remain valid. You are welcome to organise gift vouchers at our salon reception desk or call ahead and pay by credit card.


Any postage of gift vouchers will be at the cost of the purchaser. We strongly recommend you use registered post if mailing the voucher out. We reserve the right to change any terms contained in the Terms of Use at any time.

Cancellation Policy

As a small local business, we thank you for your consideration of our 24-hour cancellation policy.


Our booking policy doesn't only protect our business but affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients. No-shows and last-minute cancellations means that other clients cannot book into the time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of our trained professional therapists.


We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by calling 24 hours - 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it. (Appointments of 1hr or more require 48 hours' notice) Last minute cancellations will also be considered as no shows.


In case of two (2) no shows within a 3-month period, you will be asked to pay a booking fee for all future appointments (20% of the appointment)


Gift Certificates risk part or full forfeit if less than the appropriate cancellation notice is given.

Medical Info/Allergies

Please notify the salon/therapist while booking your treatment if you have or suffer from:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • EFTPOS
  • Cash

If you have any concerns at all, please ensure you discuss these with your therapist before your treatment. If you are taking any ACNE medication, we need to be informed PRIOR to your treatment commencing.


We also do ask that if you have had any reactions to any dyes (including hair dyes) previously that you make us fully aware of these prior to your treatment.

Mobile Phones

We ask that once you enter Carina-Rose Beauty you turn off your phone or switch to the silent mode in consideration of clients wanting to relax.

Suggested Attire

We ask that you wear clothing that you are comfortable in.


For those who are receiving a spray tan, we ask that you wear something dark (due to the tanning solution) and something that is old, preferably cotton and loose.


Disposable undergarments are provided for certain treatments. Please keep valuable items, such as jewellery, with you at all times, or preferably at home so they aren't forgotten.

Arrival Times

We ask if you are new to our salon that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to register and relax.



Existing Clients - arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you don't miss a single minute of your treatment. We can't keep others waiting for their treatments, just as you wouldn't like to be kept waiting!

Bookings & Confirmations

We ask if you are new to our salon that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment in order to register and relax.

  • Please provide at least 24hrs cancellation notice for all appointments.
  • For larger packages/appointments over 1.5hrs, we may require a credit card deposit to secure the appointment. (20% or Gift Voucher Details)
  • We strongly recommend that you do pre-book your appointment if you prefer our popular time slots between 3pm and 6pm.
  • If you do have a particular therapist you prefer, we strongly advise you pre-book with the therapist to secure the date, time and therapist to suit.
  • If you are running late, we will endeavour to accommodate you as best we can. However, to avoid inconveniencing our other clients, we may not be able to guarantee your full treatment time.
  • To create a relaxing environment in our salon, we do require that mobile phones be on silent.
  • We will ask for your current mobile number so we can confirm your appointment via text message and you then have the convenience of responding by text to confirm.
  • Sometimes there are circumstances that arise when your therapist may be unavailable. We will do our best to ensure your appointment is re-scheduled with another qualified therapist.
  • Children must be supervised within our salon at all times. Our priority is your children's safety.
